Embark on a captivating journey of discovery with our brand-new lecture series, "River Talks".  Presented by Grand River Dinner Cruises, these unique cruises with a purpose will combine the serenity of cruising along the scenic Grand River with enlightening discussions led by experts.

A 6 cruise series

offering an in-depth exploration of history, betrayals, resilience and the future vision of this unique community along the majestic Grand River.

Cruise Schedule:

10:15 a.m. - Boarding

10:30 a.m.  Departure - Thanksgiving Address/Agenda & snack served

10:45 a.m. -  Speaking session (30 minutes) 

11:15 a.m: 15-minute break

11:30 a.m. - Speaking session (55 minutes)

12:30 p.m. -  Lunch served

1:30 p.m. -  Speaking session (60 minutes) 

2:30 p.m. - Dessert and Discussion

3:00 p.m. - Return to Dock

Seating will be boardroom style, not private window tables

Traditional Confederacy Council

Ronnie Thomas continues to shed light on the roots of the Haudenosaunee as he covers the Traditional Confederacy Council, the traditional system of government for over a millennia and how it's influence has changed since it's authority was shifted in 1924 to an elected band council.

Aicha will offer a hands-on cooking experience that will culminate in a delicious meal highlighting the fusion of traditional and modern multi-cultural influences..
